In the safety conscious world we live in, everything from operating heavy machinery to picking up a box has a process to ensure people do not get injured (and then sue!), and computers certainly have them!

Bidding war between Dell and HP

Dell is in a constant bidding war with Hewlett Packard over 3Par Inc which is a data storage company.
An offer by Dell of $1.13 billion has been upped by HP to $1.5 billion. Dell are determined to win the bidding war, so they may have to increase their bid even further.
