90,000 faulty sky hd boxes plus 3 month waiting!

Sky have estimated that they will be replacing 90,000 sky HD boxes over the next couple of months.
The faulty pace manufactured units are said not to carry a health risk but can be used until a replacement is delivered. Sky has admitted that the cabling used inside the units are of low standards. Sky have already stated that the issue will not cause any health risks but if the cabling is associated with the power supply unit this could cause numerous problems. The broadcaster will be issuing free replacements for the defected units.
