Control your Sonos audio system with your iPhone

If you’re one of those techno geeks who likes to kit their homes out with the latest gadgetry, then the chances are you’ve got the latest Sony LCD TV, a top-spec Blu-ray player and a seriously thumping surround sound system, wired up through your house to beat out the tunes from your CD player or TV to whatever room you’re in at the time.
No, it’s not very family friendly, but we’re not talking about the sort of people who have kids. We’re talking about young professionals who earn more than they can feasibly spend and need something extra to fitter away their cash on at the end of the month.
If that’s you (and curse you for it) you’ll probably also be interested in the news that you can download an application for your Apple iPhone (because you obviously have one of those as well) which can be using to control your Sonos sound system wirelessly.
How cool does that sound? You don’t even need to bother with the remote control to crank up your sound system, you can do it from your mobile phone.
The Apple iPhone application isn’t an approved application, it’s a third party app, but when you can use it to control your Sonos sound system, does that really matter?
