DDR 4 for phenom II show cased

Toms hardware managed to get hold of some early phenom II x4 benchmarks using DDR3 based memory modules with their latest chipset.
The Phenom II processor 910 is the first AMD based processor spotted with an integrated DDR 1333 Mhz controller. Current phenom II processors that use the AM2+ memory controller uses 1066 Mhz clock speed. Within the benchmark results its obvious where DDR3 memory kicks in. This is no surprise because of the clocks achieved by the DDR3 based memory modules.
Forget the memory controller for a minute here, The hardware review website also boasted the overclock-ability of the processor. The 2.4 Ghz processor was able to be clocked to a 3.5Ghz, this allowed the guys to overclock the memory controller also, this was then set to 1600Mhz speeds.
The Phenom II 910 is expected to be the slowest of the phenom II x4 processors so I can only imagine that the higher end processor will be able to offer alot more performance at stock and overclocked levels.
