Microsoft to launch retail stores in a near futur

Rumors where going since a few month ago but it is now official, Microsoft will open retail store to sell its products range. The first two store have been announced and will located in Arizona and California.
“Over a billion people use our products every day yet we don’t always have a way to directly connect with them. We see the physical stores, as well as a consistent online experience, helping that.”
The opening date is said to be the 22 of October, release date of Windows 7. The company said they also plan to open stores outside the U.S. but without any more precision on timescales.
