Palm Pre coming to Europe very soon

6 months after Palm unveiled the Pre at CES and a month since the release in the US, Palm is said to bring it’s new smart phone to Europe with a GSM version. At least! We can’t wait here to get our hands on the device. We had the chance to briefly see it at CES but since then nothing.
Palm as called a press conference in the UK next when it should announce the official release date as well as the official carrier. Of course rumours are already circulating and O2 is said to get the deal.This would mean Iphone and Pre on the from the same telecoms company.
For those of still don’t know what the Palm Pre is is a quick recap: slider with full qwerty keyboard, 3.1″ capacitive touch screen, HSDPA, aGPS, 3.2 meg camera and 8Gb of internal storage. Plus it is working on the new WebOS looking very very good.
Can’t wait.
